"I went to this location a sweet young lady named Miracle and a new lady named Nell help me with my order. She was very friendly and got my food to me in a timely manner. I had a little problem with my burger. I told them what was going on and they fixed it real quick with no problems. I got the double cheeseburger plate with a side of seasoned fries and nuggets. All under 10 bucks. I didn’t get a shake this time, but they do make the best Banana split shakes. Give Cook Out a try you won’t regret it. "Food is not consistent..when the food is cooked correctly (taste, temperature, time) cookout could be one of the best burger joints. Years ago cookout was the spot to get food any time of the day. The service is horrible. These new direct managers need to be mangers and stop letting employees do what they want because there behavior makes the company look bad. I only come by 1-2 times a month maybe. The atmosphere basically here's your food, bye(actually their look says it all). There's no dine In only a drive thru. Stop worrying about a check and get your stores under control."
